301 West Bay Auditorium Audo/Visual Support
Geer Services provides AV and website development for the TIAA Bank Center auditorium.
The 301 West Bay Auditorium, in the TIAA Bank Center, sits 249 persons and includes a stage, one podium with a microphone, limited audio visual equipment, and limited lighting. The Auditorium is for the exclusive use of Tenants and Non-Profit Organizations that further the mission of Downtown business.
Charges for the setup and support of the audio / visual (A/V) will be billed after successful completion of the event unless payment terms are already established with Geer Services. Standard charges are listed below and do not include the required 7% sales tax.

Setup And Management
- Geer Services AV Setup Audio / Visual Setup One Hour Prior to Event – $25 onetime fee
- Managed AV Services during Event – $40 per hour
Network and Telephone Access
- Telephone Access – $5 per hour
- Geer Services AV Internet EB Center WiFi by Geer Services – No Charge
- 12Meg Dedicated Asymmetrical DSL (Wired) – $25 per hour
- 10Meg Bidirectional Network (Wired) – $40 per hour
- Wireless Access Point – $10 per hour
Microphones
- Geer Services AV Microphones Wireless Handheld Microphone Rental – $5 per hour each
- Wireless Handheld Microphone Table or Floor Stand Rental – $5 per hour each
- Wireless Lavaliere Microphone Rental – $5 per hour each
- Wireless Lavaliere Over the Ear Mic Upcharge – $2 per hour
Computer
- Wireless Slide Clicker and Laser Pointer Device – $3 per hour each
- Laptop Usage – $5 per hour
- Wireless Keyboard and Mouse – $5 per hour
Auxiliary Lighting
- LED Color Lighting (two) – $10 per hour
- LED Light Bar with Small Spot Lights and Strobe – $15 per hour
For Non-Tenants:

A/V Equipment Operator:
Geer Services is the exclusive provider of A/V services for the auditorium in 301 West Bay Center.
Hold Harmless Clause:
Geer Services, Inc. assumes no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to person or property. The client agrees to be responsible and holds Geer Services, Inc. harmless for any and every loss, injury or damage to person or property arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the building’s facilities including audio / video and network equipment.
Damage Fee:
Post event inspection will be conducted and damage charges may be assessed if equipment has been damaged or disconnected.

To acknowledge reservations, terms and conditions, complete the A/V form on the 301WestBayEvents.com website.
Services will be billed after the completion of the event.
