Java Developer With GIS, JSP, Web Services Experience


Responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing applications using Java-based technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets. Must be able to apply SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications. Must have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming. Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners. 6+ years of prior Java development experience required.


Location: FL - Jacksonville - 301 W. Bay St (AT&T Bldg) - 32202
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Required Skills:
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST Knowledge of Java 1.5+ (Required)
Knowledge of Oracle database management system (DBMS) and PL/SQL (Required)
Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) methodology (JSF/AJAX/JavaScript) (Required)
Knowledge of HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and XML (eXtensible Markup Language) (Required)
Knowledge of RAD (Rational Application Developer) application development skills or other eclipse based tool (Required)
